The Cincai Pedal Sarawak flagship: a musical boost designed to add body, presence and useful level without losing the character of your guitar.
This design takes a broader and less mid-focused approach to overdrive. It retains more low end than many traditional drive circuits and responds strongly to picking dynamics, moving from clean boost territory into thick, coarse distortion while retaining an open, amplifier-like feel.
Some love for the bassists. Based on the Finnish-made high quality pedal, we retained the exact signal path and made it into an affordable gear for aspiring musicians.

The classic overdrive that withstood the test of time, from Stevie Ray Vaughan to John Mayer, it's the undeniable push that brings out every possible juice out from rigs of all musicians. Use it on its own for a focused drive tone, or place it before an already driven amplifier or pedal to tighten the low end and push the front end harder.

This circuit was designed around the response of a heavily driven British-style amplifier rather than a traditional stompbox distortion. It offers dense saturation, strong harmonic content and tight low-frequency control, allowing everything from moderately driven tones to highly compressed modern high gain. In short, it is a BSIAB style pedal.
A highly responsive overdrive that sits somewhere between a clean boost and a gritty tube amp pushed beyond its comfort zone. At lower settings it adds edge, compression and harmonic texture while retaining the character of the guitar. Turn it up and it becomes rawer and more aggressive, with a slightly loose low end and a sharp, articulate attack.
Designed to recreate the character of a legendary 1970 British rock performance: loud, dynamic and surprisingly open rather than excessively saturated. Expect firm lows, pronounced upper mids and a dry, immediate response that reacts strongly to both picking dynamics and guitar volume.
Using the 1978 developed pedal as a base, this circuit occupies the territory between overdrive, distortion and fuzz. With a SWEEP range mod and fitted with a 3-band active EQ, this is the swiss knife in the gritty zone.
Our take on a familiar orange classic – reworked into a more flexible and responsive drive while keeping the character that made the original circuit instantly recognizable.
The gain range has been reshaped to give you more usable control across the entire Drive knob. Lower settings stay noticeably cleaner and more articulated, while turning it up brings back the compressed, aggressive distortion associated with the original design, with enough extra push available when needed.
The low end has also been given more attention. Rather than thinning out as the gain increases, Terung Asam retains more body and weight, with selectable voicing allowing the response to move between tighter, more focused sounds and a fuller low-end character.
The result – still familiar under the fingers, but with a broader usable range, improved low-end response, and more control over how the pedal sits with different guitars and amplifiers.

Inspired by the classic four-transistor fuzz, this variant is known for enormous low end, long sustain and a smoother, less aggressively scooped response than many of its relatives. Its combination of thick bass, gritty harmonics and slightly restrained gain has made it equally popular with guitarists and bassists.
This deceptively simple circuit helped establish the sound of early stompbox distortion in the hands of notable users such as Randy Rhoads, Jerry Gracia, Dave Murray. Its grainy clipping and immediate response can move from a dirty boost into compressed hard-rock distortion, with very little additional circuitry shaping what happens between the guitar and amplifier.
The first artist series Cincai has released. Pairing the classic overdrive with our flagship boost, this will announce your presence in a band mix, making you stand out even more.
